This session involves preparations for Sirsasana (Headstand) and the practice of Pranayama (Breath control).

This session investigates the role the shoulders play in backbends and in preparation for inversions (upside down poses)
Intermediate Course – Week 2
In this session we look a little deeper into the forward bends and the effect of holding poses for a longer period of time. A practice to quiten and sooth jangled nerves.
Intermediate Course – Week 1
This session recaps the learnings of the Beginners Course and begins the journey into the more advanced poses including inversions (upsidedown) poses.
Pinca Mayurasana (Peacock Pose). This session shows steps towards final pose. Though the final pose is challenging at first it is ultimately a very calming, centering, light and elegant pose.
Vrksasana (Handstand or Full Arm Balance) – In this session I show how to approach this famous and energising and pose in progressive and safe steps. However it is not for beginners or those with shoulder or wrist injuries.
