YOGA FOR CYCLISTS  (no previous yoga experience required)

The highly repetitive actions of cycling leads to tight hips and shoulders which in turn causes both lower and upper back/neck complaints.

Simple Iyengar Yoga routines, used on a regular basis can help greatly to counteract the often detrimental effects of many hours in the saddle. Ultimately this will increase the resistance to repetitive strain injuries and will assist in performance.
