A short 45minute class to rejuvenate your mind and body.

Take a break and join a lunchtime yoga class in the Geelong CBD.

It’ll boost your energy and focus, reduce stress, and unravel the kinks from a morning at the desk.

Classes focus on mindfulness and restorative work, so you’ll return to work refreshed and focused, not sweaty!

  • Highly qualified and experienced yoga teachers.

Wear comfortable clothes you can freely move in. All equipment is supplied, and change rooms are available. We do yoga in bare feet.

Talk to the teacher before class if you have an injury or health condition.

Tim provides wonderful instruction and great balance of pushing us to extend ourselves yet not making us feel bad if we can’t do what someone else can.
