Lunchtime Yoga in the CBD!
If you work or indeed live in the CBD take advantage of our new lunchtime class options.
We now have 3 midday classes per week!
These 45min classes are specifically designed to cater for the physical and mental strains that come from sitting at a desk all day. Tuesday and Fridays class is a yoga session and Wednesday a mindfulness session.
All three classes will have you returning to your work refreshed, calm and focused. (not sweaty!)
It’ll boost your energy and focus, reduce stress, and unravel the kinks from a morning at the desk.
Classes focus on mindfulness and restorative work, so you’ll return to work refreshed and focused, not sweaty!
